Please find attached your invitation to the Tennis Tayside AGM. Due to the ongoing pandemic we have for the second time decided to hold this meeting remotely, and we hope as many people as possible will be able to attend. The meeting will be held on Sunday 28 November at 2pm hosted on Zoom. A finance report will be circulated prior to the meeting, and also a report on our activity over the last year. We do not expect it to last long but we would ask that as many clubs as possible attend to ensure we are quorate, and of course there will be an opportunity for members to ask questions of the board.
Please get back to me by 21 November with the names and email addresses of all those who wish to attend, (or any apologies) and I will arrange for the ZOOM link and any associated guidance to be sent out a few days prior to the meeting.
Please note we will not be recording the meeting.
