All Club contacts, Coaches, Tennis Scotland representatives and Board Members are invited to the Tennis Tayside AGM for 2020. This year by necessity it will be a very different event. The meeting will be held on Sunday 17 January at 2pm hosted on Zoom. We are required to hold an AGM annually and so we intend to hold a short meeting to do what we need to do in relation to electing Board members, an auditor, and other posts as required, and to give you some information as to what the Board have been doing over the last year. A finance report will be circulated prior to the meeting and in the Board section of this website there are the Notice & Agenda for 2020 and the draft Minutes of the 2019 AGM. We do not expect the meeting to last long but we would ask that as many clubs as possible attend to ensure we are quorate, and of course there will be an opportunity for members to ask questions of the Board.
Please get back to me by 10 January with the names and email addresses of those who wish to attend, (or any apologies) and I will arrange for the ZOOM link and associated guidance to be sent out a few days prior to the meeting. Please use the Contact Us feature on this website to contact me.
